It'll be a draw between Kino, Kira, and Kya. Because of Kino's excellent marksmenship and agility, Kira's enhanced everything that just makes him better than everyone else, and Kya's supernatural and magic powers. But if one of these three were a victor it would be Kya because he has the power of the gods!
